What is Fall Event?

The Fall LAUNCH event is a selective opportunity for juniors and seniors from Bard College, Brown University, Swarthmore College, Trinity College, Union College, and Yale University to interview for full-time jobs and internships. This fair historically took place in NYC in late October, but since the covid-19 pandemic, it has remained virtual.

What is Winter Event?

The Winter LAUNCH event is a selective opportunity for juniors and seniors from Bard College, Brown University, Cornell University, Swarthmore College, Trinity College, Union College, Yale University, and William & Mary to interview for full-time jobs and internships. This event typically takes place in January; students are expected to submit their application materials in advance of the fair. For more information, please visit the Winter Event page.

What is the difference between the Fall and Winter Events?

The primary differences are:

  • Participating schools 

    • Cornell University, William & Mary and Yale University only participate in Winter.

    • Brown University, Swarthmore College, Trinity College and Union College participate in both events.

Can I participate in both the Fall and Winter Events?

STUDENTS: As long as you are a junior or senior at a participating institution, you are welcome to register for both fairs.

Can I attend a consortium if I don’t go to a participating school?

At this time, the Fall and Winter events are only open to students at participating institutions.

Do I have to apply to attend LAUNCH?

Yes. In order to participate in the fair, you must register before the respective application deadlines.

As an employer, once you pay the registration fee, you will be able to post opportunities.

As a student, once you have registered, you will be able to apply to opportunities that interest you. You will be notified if you are selected for an interview in advance of the fair.

How do I register?

Both fairs require students and employers to register on Symplicity. For more detailed registration instructions and deadlines, refer to the page on the fair that you are interested in.
